Contact Form

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your company name, along with the subject and message you write. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is sent to our team at info@rothana.com.

Careers Application Form

When you apply through our careers page, we collect your name, email address, and the details you provide about your background and area of expertise. Your application is transmitted to our HR team at hr@rothana.com by email so we can evaluate and respond to your application. We use a third-party email delivery service (Resend) to deliver these messages.

AI Chat Assistant

The app includes an AI chat assistant to answer questions about Rothana. Messages you type into the chat are processed by an AI service to generate responses. Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as health, financial, or identification data) in the chat. Chat messages are used only to provide the answer to your question and are not used to build a profile about you.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect precise location data, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

How We Use Your Information

Sharing of Information

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate the Services — such as our email delivery provider (used to send careers applications to our HR team) and the AI provider that powers the chat assistant. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Data Retention

Contact enquiries and careers applications are retained only as long as needed to handle your request or application, after which they are deleted. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
